Fiber recycling

We support textile recycling with sodium hydrosulfite-based solutions that enable the conversion of used textiles into high-quality recycled raw materials

Textile fiber recycling is a major lever for developing a more circular economy in the textile industry. We are involved in recycling processes aimed at recovering value from used clothing and textile production waste with a high cellulose content.

After collection, the textiles are shredded and then bleached with sodium hydrosulfite to effectively remove residual dyes. This step allows for the production of a dissolving paste made from 100% recycled textiles.

This recycled pulp is then reintroduced into the textile value chain as a bio-based substitute, offering performance equivalent to that of virgin raw materials.

Your challenges

  • Valorizing textile waste rich in cellulose
  • Effectively remove residual dyes
  • To produce recycled materials of consistent quality
  • Reintegrating recycled materials into existing value chains
  • Reducing the environmental footprint of the textile sector

Our solutions for fiber recycling

We offer solutions that enable you to:

  • Mastering the bleaching stages of recycled textiles
  • To ensure consistent quality of the materials obtained
  • Facilitating the integration of recycled fibers into new processes
  • Supporting the development of circular textile supply chains

A circular and responsible approach

By contributing to the transformation of textile waste into high-quality recycled raw materials, we support industry players in implementing more sustainable models, reducing dependence on virgin resources and overall environmental impact.
